Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has asked all political and religious parties to support the Land Reforms Bill submitted by his party in the parliament. The bill aims at bringing peace and prosperity in the country by ending illiteracy, unemployment and poverty.
In a statement issued from London, Altaf congratulated MQM parliamentarians for presenting the bill.
“The MQM wants to bring a peaceful revolution in the country. It believes in taking practical steps for solving the problems of the people instead of making verbal claims,” he said, adding that his party was making decisions as envisaged in its manifesto and playing a role in solving the problems of the people, in the light of the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
