PPP condemns PML-N’s anti-Zardari statements

Secretary Finance Pakistan People’s Party Punjab (PPP), Aurangzeb Burki condemned the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) policy of targeting President zardari’s personality and said that it may harm federation.
He said that it was an “old practice” of Sharif brothers and they were trying to outdo their benefactors, saying that the people will not fall for their tactics. Only democracy would lead the country to progress and prosperity and that masses would reject the undemocratic “long march” threat given by PML-N leadership. “The nation is united on the issue of security of the country”, he stressed.
Secretary Information Dr Fakhar said that PPP was following the policy of tolerance and reconciliation which was not being reciprocated by PML-N.
