Three Air Commodores promoted to rank of AVM

ISLAMABAD:
Three Air Commodores were promoted to the rank of Air Vice Marshal. Air Commodore Saeed Muhammad khan, Javaid Ahmed and Sohail Ahmed were the three officers promoted. All of the three promoted officers were commissioned in Pakistan Air Force in 1981 in GD (pilot) Branch.
Air Vice Marshal Saeed Muhammad Khan has served as Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Administration) at Air Headquarters, Islamabad. Currently, he is commanding an operational Air Base. He is a recipient of Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military) and Sitara-i-Basalat.
Air Vice Marshal Javaid Ahmed has commanded an Operational Air Base during his career and is Currently serving as Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Plans) at Air Headquarters, Islamabad. He is a recipient of Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military) and Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military).
Air Vice Marshal Sohail Ahmad has commanded an Operational Air Base during his career and is Currently serving as Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Ops Requirement & Development) at Air Headquarters, Islamabad. He is also a recipient of Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military) and Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military).
