KARACHI
The nation is united in the war against terrorism, President Asif Ali Zardari said on Friday.
Talking to Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah, Provincial Home Minister Dr Zulfiqar Mirza and Interior Minister Rehman Malik at Bilawal House, Zardari said the terrorists had been totally disoriented after losing this war.
He also reviewed the initial report of the recent explosion at the shrine of Abdullah shah Ghazi.
During the presentation of the report, the provincial home minister informed the president that both were suicide bombers, their severed heads have been collected, one of them has been identified, and some of his accomplices arrested.
The home minister also informed the president that all the shrines of the city have been closed due to security concerns.
On the occasion, the president ordered full compliance with all security measures in the city.
