KARACHI: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) shifted member of provincial assembly, Faryal Talpur to Karachi from Islamabad on Monday to ensure her attendance in the upcoming session of provincial assembly, media reported.
She was detained from Islamabad’s Zardari House on June 14 in the ongoing investigation by NAB.
Sources told that Faryal will remain in Karachi till the next session of Sindh Assembly as her production orders were issued on June 17th.
Her house in Karachi would serve as a sub-jail till her stay in the provincial capital and NAB would conduct the interrogation accordingly.
NAB officials of Rawalpindi shifted the accused to Karachi by-air earlier in the day.
